Having had a long interest in traditional Persian rugs after travelling in the Middle East - I embarked on producing this linocut based on one of their designs. It was a mammoth task - taking 6 months of pretty constant cutting. Was relieved to final finish it!! - Nothing like a deadline to get to the end of a project....
